Overall our experience at the hotel was negative. The staff was unprofessional and rude, and the room service was subpar. We did not feel that the value for money was worth it as the food was not good and the walls were too thin resulting in a lot of disturbance from other rooms. In addition, the location was difficult to find and caused some frustration during our city break.
